My room was moderately cold so it was quite hard for me to get up, so I left late.
Had I left earlier I can only imagine how much colder it would have been.
This is me in my Samurai Helmet strapped to my regular helmet arriving safe and sound at The Raptor Center. I was actually pretty hot since my tire pressure was lower than it should hafe been so I was working extra hard.
Beth got to hold the Snowy Owl from Duluth that I got to hold last week (?) or two weeks ago (?).
On the ride home I managed to snap a few pictures of some Train art but unfortunately mittens were not made to be conducive to picture-taking; although I did manage to catch a few pieces as the train zippity-doo-dah'ed past.
That's it.
I don't have photographic evidence of the yeti I made friends with after chatting for a moment about the nation's state of affairs, the Super Bowl hopefuls (Chicago Bulls are winning it all the way baby yeah!) , and the tastiness of Pizza the day after it was baked.
...Not that I could have taken picture of our conversation anyway.
